Islamc Cleric Says '' Jesus is Coming Again"

The Imam of Federal College of Technology, Yaba Mosque, Imam Saeed Salmon has said that Islam also believes in the second coming of Jesus Christ, emphasising that any Muslim who does not believe in it is not a true follower of Prophet Muhammed.

Salmon who made this known at a special lecture held at the Lagos Central Mosque, Tinubu, said,  Jesus is a messenger of God and would still return to a mosque in Damascus.
“The second coming of Jesus Christ is a doctrine that every Muslim must believe. The teachings of prophet Muhammed talks extensively about this.
The Qua’ ran Chapter 4:157-159 teaches this but the teachings of Islam does not support that Jesus was killed or resurrected, rather, he was raised by Almighty Allah to his majesty.”
“Jesus is coming again to refute the claim of the Jews that he was crucified and to correct the doctrine of the Christians that he is the son of God.
Again, the second coming of Jesus is to establish that there is a close relationship between Prophet Muhammed and Jesus himself.”
The Chief host and organiser of the lecture, Amir Ajala Kamardeen noted that he is under the obligation as a true Muslim to educate the public and to correct any  misconception about Islam.
“Jesus is a prophet and messenger of Allah and as a true Muslim, we are bound to believe all prophets of Allah.
The holy book ,Qur’an points to the fact that the second coming of Jesus Christ is a sign of end time but there are some group of Muslims in Harvard University and in Cairo known as the fatimists and also Ahmadists who are saying otherwise, so, I have put it upon myself to correct them

Ex-Super Eagles Star, Taribo West At COZA

Former Super Eagles defender Taribo West, who is now a pastor, was at the Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA) church yesterday to attend their 12 Days of Glory event which ends tomorrow. Some Nigerians won’t have known COZA so well until the Ese Walter’s story even though the Pastor is yet to be led by God to release an official response about the scandal, the church is still booming and under closer watch of Nigerians. Side gossip within the church disclosed that the set pastors now consult with members in a more opened atmosphere to avoid any doubts from all quarterstaribo.

Sanusi Accuses Pastor Adeboye Of Helping Corrupt Rogue Banker Akingbola To Evade Justice

The governor of Nigeria’s Central Bank, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has accused the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, of playing a role in shielding Erasmus Akingbola, the corrupt former Chief Executive Officer of InterContinental Bank PLC, from serious prosecution. Nigerian authorities asserted that the rogue former banking executive siphoned over N200 billion from the commercial bank he ran. Officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission also accused Mr. Akingbola of using his loot to buy swanky properties in Europe and other parts of the world. The former InterContinental Bank chief also reportedly manipulated his bank’s stocks in insider trading deals. Mr. Akingbola fled to the UK as soon as Nigerian authorities indicated their desire to try him. He was later forced to return to Nigeria, but his prosecution soon fizzled in what EFCC sources privately confided to be a deal hatched at the highest levels to let him walk free. Mr. Sanusi hinted at Pastor’s Adeboye’s involvement in the deal in a widely circulated TEDX talk he gave in Abuja, the Nigerian capital. In the video, the CBN governor relates his encounters with vested interests in the banking sector. Although Mr. Sanusi did not expressly mention Pastor Adeboye by name, SaharaReporters was able to confirm from two sources that the Redeemed Church leader was involved in the deals that led to the obstruction of Mr. Akingbola’s trial. Justice Habeeb Abiru, who was handling Mr. Akingbola’s trial, was suddenly promoted to the Court of Appeals after Pastor Adeboye intervened on behalf of the rogue banker with President Goodluck Jonathan, one of the sources told SaharaReporters. Mr. Akingbola’s case has since stalled in a maze of judicial manipulations and is currently being tried by a third judge in Lagos. In the video, the Central Bank Governor also makes a crucial retreat from the position he took during the fuel price hike protests of January 2012. Mr. Sanusi had publicly and forcefully defended the case for increasing the price of fuel and other gasoline products. But in the TED talk, he admits that Nigerians who revolted in the “Occupy Nigeria” protests after the Goodluck Jonathan administration unveiled higher fuel prices were right. Mr. Sanusi disclosed that most of the fuel subsidy funds had been stolen by highly connected individuals who continue to evade justice

Pope Francis Baptises Baby Of An Unmarried Couple During Baptism Of The Lord Mass At The Vatican

Pope Francis today baptised the child of an unmarried couple during a ceremony in the Sistine Chapel, in Rome. The unnamed parents and their child took part in the traditional Baptism Of The Lord mass with 31 others, commemorating the day St John baptised Jesus. The Pope has previously called priests who refuse to baptize children of unmarried women 'hypocrites', saying there was need for them to baptize the kids in order to pass on the Christian faith. Speaking in the relaxed manner that has become his trademark during the baptism, Pope Francis also broke with the tradition of delivering long and formal speech, and instead read a short script he had written himself. Earlier on in September, the pontiff had telephoned an Italian woman to tell her he would personally baptise her child after she became pregnant by a man who was already married. Shop worker Anna Romano, 35, was on holiday when she received the call from the Argentinian Pope. At the time she said: 'I addressed the letter simply to Pope Francis, the Vatican and put it in the post. I didn't even send it recorded delivery. I didn't really expect to get a reply but then out of the blue when I was on holiday I had a phone call from him. The number was from Rome, with a 06 dial code, and as soon as he started speaking I recognised the voice as his. I was just so surprised that he had telephoned me. He said that he had read my letter and he wanted to speak to me personally about it and reassure me that someone was worried about me.

Sign Fireman Turns Bail Into Money Spinning Prayer Point in Church

According to reports, Pastor Sign Fireman, who was released on bail yesterday, Saturday Jan. 11th days after being implicated in an alleged ritual murder of a 12 year old girl, turned his arrest and subsequent release into a money-spinning prayer point in his church today. His church, Perfect Christian Mission, in Surulere, Lagos, was agog as his members shared testimonies about his release. The testifiers said they believed that news of Pastor Fireman’s ritual offense was God’s way of advertising the church to attract more worshipers. Each member’s testimony was then turned into an avenue to collects offering. After one particular testimony praising the Pastor-anchor of the testimony segment said; “God will use your shame to announce you. If you want that to be your portion, come forward now with your special seed.”. The motivated congregation shoved their way to the altar, tossing notes at feet of the anchor. Continue... Pastor Fireman himself did not preach. Instead, he introduced an unschooled man he described as ‘Apostle Paul’ whom he claimed had ministered “everywhere in the world.” He said he had brought the uneducated man to minister in order to show that unschooled persons “can also be raised by God”. Fireman then promised, to the audience's roars of "Amen," that regardless of their academic deficiencies, the church members would be favored with positions without merit or qualifications. Throughout his preaching, the Apostle asked for money for every story he told. Towards end of the session, the Apostle told an anecdote of how he became the pillar of finance in his own family, after he only "sowed seed" of N150,000 in another church. He touched three different poles in the church and called out to the congregation to pay the sums of N100,000; N30,000 and N10,000 to touch the respective poles with him so that they could become pillars of finance in their own families as well.

Colarado Cinema Shooting Prophesied By TB Joshua

When a masked gunman entered through the emergency exit of a movie theatre in Colorado, premiering the closing part of Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, none envisaged the massacre that was about to unfold. In a senseless act of carnage, James Holmes, a PhD student at the University of Colorado, shot 70 people, leaving 12 dead and scores more critically wounded in what has been classified as the largest mass shooting in United States history. With shock still reverberating around the nation and film industry, a YouTube video has been released claiming that a Nigerian Pastor, who has a remarkable penchant for accurate revelations, had actually predicted the incident one month earlier. “In the nation of America, they should pray,” the YouTube clip showed Pastor T.B. Joshua saying on Sunday 10th June 2012 during a church service. “I am seeing a man carry a gun in a gathering of people and begin to shoot. A lot of people will be killed before the man will be arrested… This is homeland security.” The prophecy was broadcast live on the ministry’s media outlet, Emmanuel TV. During the first gun scene in the movie ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, Holmes, masked and dressed in black, threw a canister emitting smoke suspected to be tear gas, which partially obscured the audience's sight. He then brandished a rifle and opened fire on the crowd, picking his victims at random and only stopping to reload his weapon. It was a scene "straight out of a horror film,"said Chris Ramos, who was inside the theatre. "He was just literally shooting everyone, like hunting season," Ramos said. "There were bullet [casings] just falling on my head. They were burning my forehead," Jennifer Seeger, one of the witnesses told reporters afterward. "Every few seconds it was just: Boom, boom, boom," she said. The police arrived less than 90 seconds after the first emergency calls were made and almost immediately apprehended the suspect upon their arrival at the scene. He is said to have told the police that he was ‘The Joker’, a sinister and psychotic character in Nolan’s previous adaptation of the Batman trilogy. After the incident, US President Obama told a sombre crowd in Florida: "Such violence, such evil, is senseless. But, while we will never know fully what causes somebody to take the live of another, we do know what makes life worth living.” Flags at the White House were lowered to hall-staff in honour of the victims. "This will be a day for prayer and reflection," Obama said, calling for the country to unite as one and support the victims. T.B. Joshua is a very popular religious figure in Africa, his predictions especially revered due to their consistent success rate. He is also well known for his close connections to Ghana’s President John Atta Mills, Malawi’s new female head Joyce Banda and Zimbabwean Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangarai. Joshua is said to have also prophesied concerning the tragic shooting in the military base of Fort Hood in November 2009. His most recent prophecies have included the demise of Malawian President Bingu wa Mutharika, the tragic plane crashes in Nigeria and Indonesia and the historic footballing success of Zambia in the African Cup Of Nations.
