Oyakhilome presents 650-capacity hall to AAU

The President of Believers’ Love World (Christ Embassy), Rev. Chris Oyakhilome, on Monday presented a 650-capacity auditorium to the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma,  Edo State.
He handed over the building to the governor and Visitor to the university, Governor  Adams Oshiomhole.
Oyakhilome, an alumnus of the university, also presented a 100 KVA generator to the institution.
He  said he was encouraged to undertake the project following the determination of the university leadership to provide for the needs of the students.
He said, “This is to serve as a catalyst for others to join hands in developing the country. The problem is not the management of our natural resources but managing the potential locked up in the minds of our teeming youths whose education cannot be separated from the aspiration of the country.”
As a mark of his commitment to further uplift the institution, Oyakhilome offered to “provide solar-powered lantern to each student resident on campus.”
He commended Oshiomhole for his developmental strides in the state.
Responding, the governor commended the cleric for his “vision and commitment,” describing him as a global icon.
He said, “Pastor Chris is not only a good ambassador of the university, but also that of the state and the country.
“We are here not only to inaugurate a building but also to attest that by his conduct, he is giving to others.”
The Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Cordelia Agbebaku, said it was the first time an individual would be making such a contribution to the institution.
She said, “This is not surprising because the donor knows the importance of being a cheerful giver, aside from being an alumnus of this university.”

We’ll overcome our challenges- President Jonathan

President Goodluck Jonathan

President Goodluck Jonathan on Sunday said although there might be minimal errors, he would continue to act in the interest of the country.
He also said although Nigeria might be facing challenges like every other nations, the country would overcome its challenges like the Super Eagles did when they came from behind to defeat their Moroccan counterparts on Saturday.
Jonathan spoke at the Winners Chapel, Goshen City along, Nasarawa Road, where he worshipped alongside some members of the Federal Executive Council and some of his aides.
He said though as mere mortals, there might be errors, his administration’s  commitment  to do the right thing at all times was total.
The President said he would only do things that he would be able to defend before God.
He therefore reiterated his calls for prayers from all Nigerians.
Jonathan said, “I assure you this country will cross the bridge. Yes, we have challenges as a nation, even the most developed nations had passed through stages in the past even more challenging than we face today but what happened on Saturday in South Africa  will be the story of this nation.
“Those of you who watched that match would know that it was not easy at the beginning, it was as if Nigeria was going to be demolished but  all of a sudden the young men came very strong and we won.
“That is how it will be with the story of this country with your prayers and commitment we will get to the destination. The promised land has never been an easy one for any nation, it was not easy for the Israelites and I promise that myself and my colleagues will continue to do what is right for this country.
“The bishop said it all as mere mortals there may be errors but our commitment  to do what is right is total. We will do our best but like I always say, whatever I do, I should be able to tell God why I did it. All what we require is your prayers and Nigeria will get to its destination.”
Earlier in his sermon, Bishop David Abioye, had said because the nation’s leaders were human, it was only prayers that would make them abide by the will of God.
While observing that when leaders made wrong decisions, the whole nation would be affected, the clergyman prayed for the leaders against any wrong decision.
He commended Jonathan’s recent decision to sign the Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Bill 2013 into law, describing it as an example for other African leaders.
He said, “Our leaders are human, they are not angels, it is prayer that makes them to abide by the will of God. As we keep praying, God keeps guiding our leaders. When we pray they gravitate towards what is good. That’s why the church must keep praying. They are guided by our prayers. They are the targets of the enemy.
“When a leader makes a wrong decision, the whole people will be affected. Our leaders will not make wrong decisions. I want to, at this time on the behalf of the church, commend our President on one of the most recent decisions that he has taken.
“A decision in defence of the church, a decision in the defence of the morality of the nation. A decision that protects the culture of the black race which I also believe is pacesetting to other nations of Africa. That is the decision against the same sex marriage.”

Why Imo State Government Deported 84 Muslims

The Imo state Government has sent back about 84 people to Katsina this weekend due to fears that they might be members of the dreaded Boko Haram.

The deportees, mainly youths, had been in Imo State for eight days under-going skill acquisition training when the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state raised an alarm that they might be Boko Haram insurgents.
The young Muslims, who had spent about eight days in the state, were quartered in the premises of Imo Newspapers Limited, on Egbu Road, Owerri, which is now renamed “Imo College of Advanced Professional Studies, ICAPS.”
A security man on guard in the premises, who spoke on strict grounds of anonymity, explained that government had no other option than to send them safely back home.
“The alarm by PDP raised palpable fears that people could descend on the innocent students. Government had to cut short their training and sent them back to their state,” the man said.
Speaking to inquisitive journalists in Owerri, the Director General of ICAPS, Mr. David Day, confirmed that the establishment trained youths on skills and leadership programmes.
“We do not train miscreants, criminals and members of Boko Haram in ICAPS. We had to cut short the training of 84 literate youths from Katsina State, as a result of the alarm, which obviously put their lives in danger,” Mr. Day said.

Celebrating 40 years of Pastor Ashimolowo’s ministry

Celebrating 40 years of Pastor Ashimolowo’s ministry This January, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo celebrates his 40th year in ministry, but the exciting journey began long before that, in a house in Chindt, Nigeria army barracks, in Zaria, in Northern Nigeria, with surprises.

Originally, he wasn’t born a Christian. Born at 9 am on Monday, 17th March, 1952, the child was named Ahmed Abiodun Ashimolowo, according to the Islamic faith of his father.
One day in 1972, something happened which was to change the course of his life forever.  Ahmed was at home and had been drinking heavily without a care in the world.  He spotted a piece of paper close to him and picked it up and read it.  It was a tract, and despite the haze of alcohol, the message of the Gospel of Christ got through to his heart and he repeated the sinners’ prayer, without realising the impact it was going to have on his life and the lives of millions of people who would be influenced by his decision in the future.
Ahmed was now a born-again Christian. The angels were having a party up in heaven. Destiny had spoken.
Ahmed had become a Christian. Just like his father, who, in the past, had opted for a different life from the rest of his family, the young man had turned his back on the faith he had known and embraced the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. He was now Matthew Abiodun Ashimolowo and a new future lay in front of him.
In mid 1973, a relative of his,`Mama Aladiye’, invited him to the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), situated at Oke-Anu, Akarabata, Modakeke, Ile-Ife, a thriving university town in Western Nigeria. It was there that he met a man who was going to be instrumental in impacting his destiny.
A man who he still credits as being his pastor, mentor and father in the Lord –Pastor Oyebanji –under whom he served as a church sexton. Matthew was baptised by water immersion soon afterwards, followed by the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. It did not take long for Pastor Oyebanji to see that this young man had the calling of God on his life.
It was around this time that an evangelist called Matthew Adediran, who had noted the strong call of God on Pastor Matthew’s life, spoke to Pastor Oyebanji about the young man accompanying him on ministrations. He also advised Pastor Oyebanji that Pastor Matthew’s gifts and calling could be enhanced if he went to Bible school.
Bible school days were days that required stamina and discipline. Although he learnt to feed himself on the Word, getting physical sustenance wasn’t always possible due to the constraint of funds.
It was during these days that his principal, Mr. Mitchell Belobaba, recognised the gift in him and realised that his favourite subject was Hermeneutics – the study of the interpretation of The Bible. Life in Bible school was very regimented.  Marks could be deducted for lateness, failure to submit assignments on time, untidiness and failure to attend early morning prayers. This approach embedded a disciplined approach that continues to permeate every area of Pastor Matthew’s life.
After graduating from Bible school, he was assigned to the Foursquare Church in the busy suburbs of Shomolu in Lagos, which was pastored by Rev. Olu Osibanjo, who was later to become his father-in-law.
Those who remember Pastor Matthew back in those days say that he looked much younger than his age, but was a teacher and pastor whose ministration was unusual and different. He joined the choir, as he loved to sing and learnt to play the guitar. He was also responsible for working with and counselling the youth. He regularly ministered in the Scripture Union (SU) in university campuses and was quite popular among the undergraduates. This was preparing him for the future work he would do with young people and singles in the body of Christ.
One day, he was talking to an elder in the church about marriage, who advised him that, instead of expecting to marry someone who was active in the ministry, God could be leading him to someone to nurture and mentor for ministry. It was at that time that the revelation came to him in a flash, that Yemisi Osibanjo, his pastor’s daughter, was the woman who was going to be his partner for life. With the revelation at the forefront of his mind, he attended an all-night prayer meeting and proposed to her there.
After an exemplary courtship, which was to serve as an example to the many singles he was to mentor and teach later on in life, Matthew and Yemisi adhered to the highest moral conduct and were married on 29th August, 1981.
After more than 30 years of marriage, the love they both share is going strong and the joy and pride in their two sons, Tobi and Tomi, who are both graduates, is evident for all to see.
In 1984, Pastor Matthew and his family came over to England as part of the Foursquare denomination as a missionary, to establish a branch in London. When you look back at his life, even from the day he was born, which happened to coincide with the day Christianity was introduced to Ireland, parallels can be drawn with the way God sent him from Africa as a missionary to the United Kingdom, to touch destinies and bring the fresh Word of God to a society where Christianity had been relegated to cold grey buildings, men in long robes and Songs of Praise on the BBC.
The Foursquare Church, part of a family of international Pentecostal churches, had grounded him in the core principles of Christianity on which his faith in God rests. Its main tenets, being the principles of Jesus the Saviour, Healer, Baptiser with the Holy Spirit and soon coming King, helped Pastor Matthew as his desire to grow and establish his faith deepened. He started the ministry in a building on Balls Pond Road but left soon after when he realised that it was owned by freemasons. The ministry moved to St John’s church and quickly grew then moved to an Elim church building on Regina road in Finsbury Park.
More expansion followed and the ministry started holding large conferences, things that had only been done in the States. The first conference was so well attended that the church had to get stewards to deal with the crowd. The church sought larger facilities for its conferences and was the first Black led church to invite Pastor Carlton Pearson to the City Temple for a conference in 1998.
Pastor Matthew’s quest to reach for new boundaries made him restless in his spirit, as he desired for Christians to experience the fullness of God in their lives. He had read books and listened to tapes, watched videos and was enlightened about the new innovative ways to reach out to the world: an insight that was beyond what his current denomination’s grasp and full appreciation.  He and his wife, Yemisi, together with Esther Appleton (their first member of staff), began to seek the Lord in prayer for 18 months before taking the step of leaving the Foursquare denomination in 1992 to start KICC (Kingsway International Christian Centre) that year with approximately 300 adults and 100 children.
This decision caused some consternation with the denomination and he found himself having to start a church from scratch as the equipment and materials had to be relinquished back to the Church headquarters. However, despite all the misunderstandings and unrest that surrounded his departure from Foursquare, God confirmed his leading with miraculous answers to prayer even on their first service, which took place at Holloway Boys School, Hilldrop Crescent, North London. A few days before, a musical group had disbanded and they sold all their equipment to the newly formed KICC.
Once he founded KICC, the Lord told Pastor Matthew that everything KICC would receive would be on its knees. This embedded a strong foundation of prayer in the church. June and December were set aside as months of prayer and fasting – and still remains so, although the first prayer in June was originally for 30 days, but it went on for 60 days as Pastor Matthew did not have a release to stop. Prayer became the bedrock of the ministry, with the leaders and stewards meeting every weekend to pray.
Pastor Matthew intensified the God-given vision for KICC to Grow Up, Grow Big and Grow Together. His desire was for the entire ministry to strive for excellence and to glorify God. As the Senior Pastor of KICC, he has the mandate from God to challenge the people who become members of KICC to prosper, mature and reach their true potential in Christ through the Word of God. The church soon expanded and within a year, a four storey multi-purpose building was acquired at No 1 Darnley Road in Hackney.
KICC began hosting yearly conferences; starting with Wake up the Mighty Men, which became The Warriors of Righteousness, the Gathering of Champions and finally the International Gathering of Champions. IGOC is Europe’s premier Christian conference featuring renowned and respected international speakers, including Bishop TD Jakes, Bishop David Oyedepo, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, Prophetess Juanita Bynum, Dr Joyce Meyer, Dr Mike Murdock and Dr Bill Winston, to mention a few.
The church started increasing and gradually Pastor Matthew’s gift for administration was evident as he implemented church growth strategies that God had placed on his heart – membership grew rapidly. KICC started steward management training, incorporating spiritual and management principles.
These were so effective that KICC stewards translated this into their professional lives at work, leading to advancement and promotion.  Between 1992 and 1995, the KICC brand was taking shape. There were audio tapes, CDs, videos of Pastor Matthew’s teachings and books. KICC became the first church to have regular air time on BET (Black Entertainment Television). BET, known for its music and films, was very popular with young people returning home from clubbing, who would tune into the station, see the programme, get convicted and show up at a KICC services on Sunday morning.
KICC has become known as a church with a thriving and active youth ministry. In January 1995, Pastor Matthew re-launched the brand KICC – with a new logo, corporate structure, vision, code of conduct and statement of faith. These services were held in Hackney Empire and were significant in seeing many people sign up for membership to KICC.
In August, 1998, the Church expanded and moved to 57 Waterden Road, which was named the Miracle Centre. A miracle because of how God came through and the site was brought, despite having to contend with big players, such as Sainsburys, who also had their eyes on this location. The eight-acre facility had space for a 4000-seater auditorium and parking for more than 1000 cars. By the grace of God, KICC has continued to grow.
However, the Olympic commission’s possession of Waterden Road, caused KICC to move offices to 3 Hancock road, Bromley-By-Bow and the Church to the Land of Wonders, Hoe Street Walthamstow.  Sunday’s saw Pastor Matthew preaching at five services, every one as full as the previous service.
Since that moment in 1998 Pastor Matthew, through God’s guidance has expanded KICC by focusing on increasing chapels, opening city churches and planting churches overseas. As a result of this church growth strategy, we now have over 20 chapels and branch churches in the UK.
It was during this time that Pastor Matthew again intensified his personal and corporate prayer, and God answered with a eye has not seen testimony, 24 acres of land with 12 buildings, in the beautiful woodland grounds of Buckmore Park in Kent.
During the last weekend in July 2013, KICC’s new home- Prayer City, was dedicated by Pastor E.A Adeboye and ministration by Bishop T.D Jakes.  Under Pastor Matthew’s leadership, KICC has grown tremendously with over 45 branches and satellite churches established in eight nations.
KICC has great plans to execute for the young and the old, men, women, families, students, professionals, entrepreneurs and ordinary people, to experience and benefit from. More importantly, continuing to preach God’s Word to a dying world using timely technology. The community work both internationally and locally is not to be forgotten. Thousands of pounds has been raised for charity projects including Tsunami appeal, famine in East Africa appeal, sickle cell society, World Vision, Operation Christmas child, Wells in Mozambique and over 1000 hampers given out during the last festive season. Pastor Matthew has been constantly giving to widows in Ode-Omu, Osun State for the past 5 years. January 3 – 4, 2014 saw over 3000 widows presented with food, money and clothing.
The vision is ‘To Grow up, To Grow Big and To Grow Together’. It has always been one of the cornerstones of the vision ‘To Grow Big’, using every medium available to reach the lost. The television ministry is now a powerful tool for reaching the unsaved and strengthening believers.  The media ministry has been able to reach countries and in turn homes that we would not physically be able to reach.
Currently, his TV ministry broadcasts into more than 100 million homes, over 120 nations throughout Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
Indeed, KICC is truly a church without walls and a church for all.

Anti-Gay Law Update: TB Joshua Delivers A Gay Man in Church

In the wake of Nigeria’s anti-gay bill signed into law by President Goodluck Jonathan, a popular televangelist Prophet T.B. Joshua, addressed the issue of homosexuality during a live broadcast of his Sunday Service on his Emmanuel TV. A young man by the name of Tedus visited T.B. Joshua’s church and was delivered from a ‘demon’ which he claimed
was the cause of his homosexual lifestyle.
While addressed the issue, T.B. Joshua said:
“God loves sinners but hates sin. We should hate the act but not the people – because sinners can be delivered and changed. Sinners can be reformed since our battle is not against the flesh and blood but against the spirit beings that cause these acts .”
He used the Bible scriptures Romans 5:8, Jude 1:23 and Ephesians 6:12 to support his teaching.
During the live broadcast Mr Tedus, who said he had been a homosexual, was asked series of questions and shared his experiences which were posted on the ministry’s Facebook page in a post titled, “Deliverance is the Answer”.
He said that he remembered a time he felt a spirit enter him and after that, he began to feel affection for men. That was how his journey as a homosexual started. He said that after his deliverance at the church his desires have changed and he no longer has passion for men but rather for women.
Reacting, Prophet T.B. Joshua said:
“ If we fail to see that there are powers that cause people to be bowed down in bondage, we are fighting the wrong battle . That is why so many churches today are fighting the wrong battle. When you are armed for battle, you will not fight the wrong battle; you will listen to the inner voice of the Holy Spirit. The issue of faith is not an issue of man’s flesh. It is of man’s spirit, not man’s flesh”.
Tedus gave advice saying, “If you come across someone with the same problem, you should not condemn. The only answer is deliverance.”

Robber steal Pope John Paul’s blood from Italian church

A team of robber broke into a small mountain church in the east of Rome over the weekend and stole a reliquary with late Pope John Paul’s II blood.
Some of John Paul’s blood was saved after an assassination attempt that nearly killed him in St. Peter’s Square on May 13, 1981.
Franca Corrieri, custodian of the reliquary, said she had discovered a broken window early on Sunday morning and called the police.
She said when they entered the small stone church they found the gold reliquary and a crucifix missing.
Corrieri said the incident felt more like a “kidnapping’’ than a theft as she could not say if the intention of the thieves may have been to seek a ransom for the blood.
She said apart from the reliquary and a crucifix, nothing else was stolen from the isolated church, even though the thieves would probably have had time to take other objects during the night-time theft.
Reuters reports that John Paul, who died in 2005, loved the mountains in the Abruzzo region east of Rome and sometimes slip away from the Vatican secretly to hike or ski there and pray in the church.
It said that the Polish-born John Paul, who reigned for 27 years, was due to be made a saint of the Roman Catholic Church in May, meaning the relic would become more noteworthy and valuable.
In 2011, John Paul’s former private secretary, Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz, gave the local Abruzzo community some of the late pontiff’s blood as a token of the love he had felt for the mountainous area.
It was put in a gold and glass circular case and kept in a niche of the small mountain church of San Pietro della Ienca, near the city of L’Aquila

Rest In Peace- The Most Generous Woman that ever lived

“I Don’t Support Gay Lifestyle But I’m Against The Law” – Oby Ezekwesili

A former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili has said her religious inclination will never make her support gay lifestyle though she is against the new law by President Goodluck Jonathan on same-sex marriage.

In a series of tweets this morning, Ezekwesili said: “I am not one bit ashamed of my strong spiritual belief in the gospel of Jesus..I strive to live by the Word of God &wish everyone would too.My Bible- the Word of God states clearly in Leviticus 18v22 “You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.

In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says “Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 continues …Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.

In the Epistle of Paul to the Romans 1v26-27 there is explicit denunciation …”For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural. And in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another. Men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their errors.

Those Biblical texts are the reason that I, an evangelical Christian can never support the gay lifestyle…On the new law however, I differ.Every law must pass the test of CERTAINTY…..the law must be certain, in that it is clear & precise, & its legal implications foreseeable.

We know how very improbable it would be for CERTAINTY to be always established in our society in the interpretation of this law by people.Imagine the unintended consequences in a society already given to mob action when a law is not clear& precise… Too costly for everyone”.

Another Pastor Accuses Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo Of Adultery

I'm speechless; I don't know what to say. Read this pastor's exposé on COZA's Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo:

For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.
Isaiah 9:16.
They be leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch
Matt 15:14.
My sole purpose in writing this piece is to open the eyes of the world and believers to the hypocrisy and nonsense behind the pulpit, and to plea that these wolves and blind men stop deflating the faith of people who Christ died for. I am a Pastor, a full time minister at that, and I shall not sit back while the name of my God, the ministry, and the works of other shepherds is brought to disrepute by the activities, action and inaction of a few blind men behind the pulpit.
I was going to be silent on this sad, pathetic but true (in many shades) allegation against Pastor B and his popular and trendy ministry. My silence was borne out of respect for the kingdom of God and things that pertain to God. But all this changed when I heard the horrific tales of people who had been through the mess of this blind man, and the fact that he had no moral motivation to deny or accept the allegation; all he showed on Sunday was a demented swagger and perverse talk.

I am tired of the nonsense of religion crying out, “touch not my anointed”; does this mean we cannot rebuke ourselves when we err, this much Paul did to Peter when he erred in Galatians 2:11 “But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed”. It is therefore pertinent that I rebuke the wolves in shepherd’s clothing’s. It is time to set the record straight, and please don’t sell me the bullocks of judge not, I haven’t said anyone is going to hell, but of course if they don’t change, they have only one path.

It is high time we told the truth, which is plain, simple and without coloration. The stories of Franca and Ese is not only true but they are just a few tales of the tantalizing sex escapades of this clergy. This has been a recurring decimal in the ministry of the clergyman. This wasn’t the first time these stories will come forth, for those old COZA members, for those who were there when he was in Ilorin, when the church moved to Pipeline Road, Ilorin, having left Kwara Hotel, they will remember there was a time when the Pastor was suspended from ministering by his Father in the Lord, Rev Oset of Canaan Ministries. Rev. Oset sent guest ministers to the church every Sunday after that, but still Pastor B in his deceit will still minister in the pretence of introducing the guest minister, while he exhorts for minutes.

I therefore laugh in mockery when He says his wife loves him, the woman has no choice. His core circle of Pastors - Pastpr Wole (Ilorin Chapter, the only man who maybe clean), and Pastor Flo (COZA, Lagos) knows of this fact. Little wonder Ese said Pastor Flo said he knows about their adventures in that hotel room in London.

This is not the story of a hater; I don’t want or envy anything he has. He cannot ever have what I have and carry; neither do I crave for what he has. I am sure no one in the city of Ilorin, where this man started is bemused by these stories, no one who finished from the University of Ilorin during the period of 2003-2008, and was not a blinded COZA member can be mightily shocked at these revelations. I have heard tales of many more victims, I even heard from a woman who knows five friends who were victims, I saw it online the other day of a guy who said he formally works for him and he knows up to 130 people, outrageous as it may sound that too is true.

Rev Oset in true conscience cannot deny the knowledge of these negatives. But we are a nation of hypocrites and religious folks; we ask no questions of leaders, so they can hide under the canopy of religion, even when they are filthy. Anyone who asks is rebuked by those who say, the bible says pray. It is sad that those who say pray themselves have not prayed. But Pastor B is just a decimal in an ever mounting number of wolves in the Church of Christ.

Someone told me yesterday that this can’t be the end of him and his tyranny, because even in Ilorin in those days, the allegation was rolled under the rug. On Sunday, August 25, 2013, the man leading certain blind men under the veil of religion and ‘spiritism’ said God told him not to say anything, he then said they are preparing a robust response. Who is fooling who? We must not keep quiet and watch the bride of Christ, the church, rubbed and undignified in mud and slime by a filthily rich pastor who thinks he can do anything and get away with it.

It is a pity that we run sensational press and media outfit in this country, and that our press is blinded by religion. If this were to be ‘saner’ climes the press would by now be researching, there would by now be investigative journalism. The truth would be dogged up and resurrected to life. For this is not about a mistake that a Pastor made, it is about a filthy man’s way of life.

And then about, “teaching a new level of grace’; please be reminded that Grace is not a license to sin, rather it empowers us to live above sin. Romans 6:1-2 says, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” In my years of being a Christian, studying God’s word, preaching the gospel, listening to sound teachers, I have not heard of a grace that gives permission to sin. Stop being deceived, grace is the new dispensation, according to Hebrew 8:6-12, and under grace we do not follow any written code, law or traditions. That is done away with. The tablet of Moses is over with. But we are not reckless sinners; we are under a new covenant based on better promises. God’s law is written in our minds and hearts. We live according to His dictates. The Holy Spirit and our conscience convicts and judges us respectively. This is the only way we live a holy life. God’s strength and empowerment is the grace to do according to that written by God in our hearts and minds.

I write this with a heavy heart, though I wish I never had to write this, but I pray this madness stops. I know many who have stopped going to church, many whose faith has been derailed by the act of madness of this man, and many blind men like him. If they are not going to heaven, let them stop taking men out of the straight and narrow way. No one understands the pain in meeting a man, whose faith has been derailed by a man who was supposed to help establish him. For such a man, words can’t bring him back, the best we can do is to pray and hope. I indulge the clergy to be of a higher moral standard.

My candid advice to the church at this end time is that the church must grow in knowledge; it’s high time we stopped bamboozling you. You must stop making idols of men. You must stop making men such as I, substitute for the Holy Ghost. Honour us; revere us… but that is where it ends. Without the Call, the Oil, and the Holy Spirit; we are mere mortal. But know for sure that this too shall pass; only the truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom abides forever.

For Pastor B and his sense making COZA people, remember the word of Christ in Matthew 15:14. How many of you even live life bearing the fruit of righteousness. Stop being blind, the ditch is close by. Look into this case, ask your pastor questions, seek genuine answers and not emotional rhetorics, hold him responsible, and do not forget the word of God, “then shall they know if they follow to know…” I am sure evidence abound. Seek to know from some key PCU members (who may need to be deposited in Gods ICU). Its time you hear not only about grace, but HOLINESS without which no one will see the Lord.

Finally don’t bother praying against me, I can say like Paul, “For me to die is gain, to live is Christ”, but I cannot even go now, because I am yet to fully finish the task set before me. Don’t waste your time using misguided scriptural interpretation.

This I write is true, and I am sorry if you don’t like it. Your Pastor, and every other wolf whose conscience is not seared knows it is the complete true.

God bless you.
God bless His Church.
God bless Nigeria.

Read What CKN Said About Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo's COZA

coza
COZA has infact become one of the most populous church names in Nigerian blogosphere as a result of alleged promiscuous activities of their senior pastor Biodun. A blogger, CKN visited COZA and explains his ordeal.. kindly read below and enjoy!

I WAS AT COZA…The name self sounds like one of those “short time” joints. .I mean, how will someone name his Church COZA?..COZA, if doubled, sounds coza coza (sharp sharp).
But that is not the issue; COZA has been in the news of late for the wrong reasons. Just like Kris Okotie’s Household of God’s Church, a particular Pastor in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja is also hitting the headlines.
His Church has become a beehive of activities, attracting all the fine babes and upwardly mobile young men in Abuja.
Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (What a name) is located right in the Central Area of Abuja.
It is directly behind Nanet Suites .To be specific, the worship centre is at the Thisday Dome, owned by Media guru Nduka Obiagbena of Thisday Newspaper.
Recently the General overseer of the Church was involved a sexual scandal involving him and one of his “lovely sister” sorry i mean Church member.
The lady went on all cylinders to portray the “man of God” as a randy man who goes after anything on skirt. Infact she said, the Pastor has tasted the “ozone layer” of practically all the babes in the Church.
Pastor Biodun as he is referred to is a smooth lovely young man in his 40s.His uniqueness and American style mode of worship is attracting the young and mighty in Abuja like ants after sugar.
Recently, he was said to have also acquired a Rolls Royce like his counterpart at Oregun.
With all these in mind,i made up my mind to hit COZA today for a worship of a lifetime.
My first disappointment on arriving Thisday Dome,COZA place of worship was that they have no parking space.
No vehicle was allowed about 500 meters to the gate. All vehicles were parked far away from the Church. The road leading to the Church was barricaded by five different vehicles.
Stationed at the beginning of the road were some fully armed soldiers and some other plain cloth security men.
At the entrance to the compound proper was a bomb scanning machine (just like the ones at the airports or banks)..You were expected to empty all metals with you including car keys, phones and Ipads etc.
After walking through the scanning machine, you now walk into the main hall of Thisday Dome, where you are welcomed by some of the most beautiful babes i have seen in Abuja.
They were all dressed in pink or is it yellow short gowns .
They have a smile for everyone, well chosen, spotless skin. Their smiles were infectious just like that lady in the Maclean television commercial.
I fancied one immediately, i clicked her an eye contact and she responded, but there were so many distracters on ground that prevented me from going for the kill, but i marked her down, i will be back i told myself.
I wanted her to usher me inside the Church by herself but one overzealous one that didn’t catch my fancy jumped in my front ,wanting to shake my hands, but i ignored her and moved on.
The Church was already in full session when i arrived,it was testimony time.I met the last testimony by a lady who spoke about how she was healed after several months of illness.
As it is customary with me,within a second,i have scanned the entire seat and made for one empty one beside one beautiful dame, the usher wanted to move me somewhere else and i refused.
The lady naturally beckon for me to join her..Smart babe i said to myself again..Haa,these COZA babes sabi catch man jare .I gave her a long smile which see replied with one of the best set of teeth i have ever seen in a long time.
Babes dey Coza abeg, with these type of ladies, why won’t Pastor Biodun fall a victim. Their looks can seduce any holy creature.
They were beautiful, smart, friendly, open handed, receptive and ready to compromise.
I settled down quickly and joined the flow of songs and clapping.
As we sat down,i saw the lady who i now realized was wearing a very very short mini skirt, trying to use a white handkerchief to cover her open laps which she noticed i was glaring at continuously .
She must have noticed that my gaze which could penetrate a fully clothed body.
When she couldn’t stand it any longer, she politely asked me why i was gazing at her laps,i told her ,there was no need covering such a lovely body with handkerchief, moreso since she has decided to come to Church half covered, what’s the essence of covering them.
She smiled and told that what’s in vogue, that i am a bush man…Whaooo, envogue,i asked her?..Does Pastor Biodun support these type of dressing i asked her, she said Pastor Biodun has nothing against any mode of dressing once you are comfortable with it.
I asked her if she was comfortable with what she was wearing and she said yes i then went for the kill, remove your handkerchief then and lets enjoy God’s creation. She didn’t know what to say.
She asked me if i was a first timer to the Church and i said YES..Her smile broadens again and she let go the cover cloth.
COZA is a very beautiful Church. The choir made of both young men and women was awesome. They sang like kenery, the stage was well lightened. The hall was full to capacity with an overflow.
I was looking out for the controversial Pastor but he was nowhere to be found..The Church is on a 12 days prayer and fasting.
All the female workers in the Church were well selected, a true reflection of what the lady that accused the Pastor of Sexual harassment once stated.
Their skirts were short but not too revealing.
At a point ,i was now asking myself why these modern day Pastors takes so much delight in going for young female Church members .How come Pastors Kris Okotie and Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo find these damsels very attractive that they easily forget the words of God.
How come they take so much delight in having canal knowledge of the daughters of eve even if it means ruining their callings.
COZA is not the best of place to be , because the temptation is just too much.
It seems all the beautiful babes in Abuja converged in that place to seek for things i don’t know.
When it was time for Sermon, a young mounted the stage, my disappointment was now complete, its obvious today is not going to be my day.
He went on to announce that the Senior Pastor was not around for service today but that he will be back in the days ahead.
He went ahead to preach on prosperity and joy of given.
According to him, Ecclesiates Chapter 10:19 stated that “Money Answereth Everything”,that with money you can get all the good things of life including cars, women etc..No wonder his Senior Pastor is in the news for the wrong reasons i muted.
He went on “this year all those of you that are looking for the fruits of the womb will become pregnant..All those who were into relationship last year will get married this year. All those that were disappointed in business will smile this year. blablabla.
The preaching was the same. The audience was the difference.
I was told Pastor Biodun is a powerful dresser..He loves cars and women to piece. He is also very generous .According to the lady that sat beside me,there is no way you will meet Pastor without melting and “falling for him” even if he doesn’t toast you. The guy fine die, she stated.
After service, i left quickly to look for that babe at the entrance.
She was waiting for me already,i told her as a new convert to the Church, i will need more personal home preaching to convince me to continue coming to Church.
She was more than happy to oblige me. We exchanged number,to meet at our Chicken Nkwobi joint later this evening
I look forward to that wonderful home bible study.I want to learn a thing or two or even try those stunts that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is noted for with his female Church members
Who knows, i may be in for a good time in the presence of the Lord via COZA in the days and weeks ahead.
But I will not rest until i meet Pastor Biodun one on one. Till then ,i rest my case .CKN

Prophet T.B Joshua delivers popular comedian Owen Tee with anointing water

Popular Comedian ,Owen Eru, commonly known as Owen Tee, was at Prophet TB Joshua’s Synagogue church (SCOAN) on Sunday with his wife to testify to his miraculous deliverance through the medium of TB Joshua’s Anointing Water.

According to SCOAN’s FB update “Owen Eru, commonly known as Owen Tee, came with his wife to The SCOAN to testify to his miraculous deliverance through the medium of the Anointing Water.
”He testified that he had been living a life of smoking and alcoholism, drinking up to two crates of beer a day.
He spent so much money on the two vices that he was not able to save money to afford a wedding. His wife, then his girlfriend, came to The SCOAN and received the Anointing Water. She took it to him and told him that they should pray together in Jesus’ name for God’s breakthrough in their lives.
”After ministering the Anointing Water in prayer, they both noticed a change in their lives. He decided to try drinking again to see what would happen.
”To his surprise, the very smell and taste of the alcohol suddenly disgusted him and he was no longer able to drink it. His desire for alcohol and cigarettes had completely left him and he was able to save money for their wedding.
His former girlfriend, now his wife, sat next to him in the church, displaying their beautiful newborn baby, a result of the glorious union God performed after his deliverance from smoking and drinking, over one year ago”.

Catholic Nun Who Claims She Was Unaware of Pregnancy,Gives Birth in Italy

Roxana Rodriguez

A Salvadorean nun gave birth to a baby boy in the small Italian city of Reiti—and named him Francis, apparently a tribute to the pope. The 31-year-old called an ambulance Wednesday morning, reporting abdominal pains, which she believed were stomach cramps, according to the BBC. Until the very end the nun insisted she was unaware of her pregnancy. "It's not possible, I'm a nun," she told doctors, according to Italian press reports cited by the Telegraph. But it appears her fellow nuns aren’t quite buying that it could have been a virgin birth. “It seems she was not able to resist temptation,” said the convent's mother superior, Sister Erminia.
Regardless of how she got pregnant, some seem willing to believe she had no idea she was pregnant. "I guess she's telling the truth when she says she arrived at the hospital unaware of the pregnancy,”  a local pastor, Don Fabrizio Borrello, told journalsits, noting the nun plans to keep the baby. The nun, whose name wasn’t released, belongs to the “Little Disciples of Jesus” convent, which is in charge of managing an old people’s home, notes the AFP. She likely won’t be there for long. "It would be preferable that she now lead a secular life with her baby, away from religious institutions," said a spokesman for Delio Lucarelli, bishop of Rieti.

Last year, the British Medical Journal published a long-term study on reproductive health that found almost 1 percent of young women in a U.S. study claimed they got pregnant despite never having sex nor using assisted reproductive technologies.  Of the 5,340 women who reported pregnancy, 45—or 0.8 percent—reported a virgin pregnancy.

Nigerian Christian Body Lauds Anti-gay Act

Felix OmobudeThe leadership of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria has applauded the Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan, for signing the bill on anti-gay marriage.
The president of the association, Reverend Felix Omobude, said that “engaging in same sex union is contrary to Nigeria’s culture”.
“We must not import everything because it is happening somewhere else. If you even remove Christianity and Islam and go to the very tradition of the people, we abhor same sex marriage.
“In Nigerian tradition, the people are raised up to have a man and woman marriage.
“How can a man marry a man? It is strange to us and I think the National Assembly did what is right and the president also did what is right. He would have upset the nation if he had done otherwise,” he told Channels Television on Wednesday.
The Act contains penalties of up to 14 years in prison and bans gay marriage, same-sex “amorous relationships” and membership of gay rights groups.
It was passed by the National Assembly in May 2013 and signed into law on Monday, January 13.
Two similar bills have been proposed since 2006 but failed to make it through Parliament

Anti-gay law: Catholics, Methodists back Jonathan

The Catholic Diocese of Abeokuta and the Methodist Church of Nigeria, Remo Central Diocese in Ogun State, on Tuesday, backed President Goodluck Jonathan over the law prohibiting same-sex marriage in the country.
The Catholics and Methodists also said that the President should not yield to pressures from the Western countries and the international community to reverse the already signed law.
The two churches spoke at separate news conferences in Abeokuta and Isara.
While the Diocesan Administrator of the Catholic Diocese of Abeokuta, Most Rev. Monsignor Christopher Ajala, spoke in Abeokuta, the Bishop of the Diocese of Remo Central of the Methodist Church Nigeria, Rt. Revd. Job Ohu, spoke in Isara.
Ajala and Ohu stressed that Jonathan should not allow himself to be intimidated by the current outcry from the Western countries against the enactment of the anti-gay law in Nigeria.
The two clerics commended Jonathan for signing the bill prohibiting same-sex marriage in Nigeria, despite the opposition from the Western world.
Ajala said that same-sex marriage was against God’s injunction and would deny the marriage institution its significance.
He said anyone engaged in such act must be suffering from medical disorder and should be subjected to examination.
The cleric said, “The Catholic Church frowns at that because we will contradict the injunction of God concerning marriage when He established marriage in the garden of Eden.
“I do not know how we can go about it – how a man can give birth to children or how a woman to woman can have a proper intercourse. We sympathize with people in this disorder and we pray for them and we even encourage people with this disorder to get help”.
Ohu, on his part, said that Jonathan had heeded a divine directive by signing the anti-gay bill into law.
He condemned gay practices and same-sex marriage as anti-African and repulsive to our culture as well as in the sight of God.
Ohu said, “What the president did is the directive from heaven. The Methodist Church does not support gay practices. It is a taboo in Africa and in Yorubaland. The church is in support of what the president has done.”

UNBELIEVABLE: Pastor Kills His Friend for Stealing His 'Glory'

A popular Pastor who operates and resides in Oyo State, Pastor Adepoju who was a former pastor at The Apostolic Church, TAC, Oke Afata, has stabbed his pastor friend to death in his home. Adepoju left Ibadan for Osun State to meet with his friend, identified as Pastor Julius Olusoji Oguntoye in Osun State pretending to be there for a courtesy visit.

After Pastor Oguntoye welcomed him to his home, Pastor Adepoju immediately brought out a knife from his suit and stabbed his friend several times, on his head, chest and stomach. While stabbing him, he accused him of using his glory and that of his children...

Oguntoye, 48, was buried on Monday in Ede, Osun State amid tears. Some of his members described him as an easy going person who cannot hurt a fly. He was reportedly transferred to Gbongan five months ago from Ede, where he served for 12 years as a Pastor.

Interestingly, Adepoju was the best man of late Oguntoye when he got married several years ago. The killer pastor has been arrested by the police and charged to court.

The angry judge immediately remanded the pastor in prison pending his trial

Pastor Impregnates His Wife's Friend In Lagos

A Lagos-based businesswoman, Iyabo Olusoji has appealed to a court to end her marriage as she described her husband, a pastor, as a chronic womanizer. She told a Customary Court sitting in the Igando area of the state that her husband, Pastor Taiwo, is an habitual adulterer, adding that he had impregnated her friend.

She accused Pastor Taiwo of using charm to marry her, saying she initially went to his church for prayers when she was having marital problem with her ex-husband and that Pastor Taiwo gave her soap to bath.

In her words: “I went to Taiwo to seek help concerning my marriage that was collapsing. He gave me soap to bath with that my former husband will come back. After using the soap, instead of my husband and I to settle our differences, it became worse and I don’t know how I became one of Taiwo’s wives.”
According to her, her husband always beat her anytime she goes to his church to ask for money and he will not leave her until he sees blood on her. She added that:

“My husband runs after anything in skirt. He flirts around with some of his female members, he also slept with my friend and got her pregnant.”

Iyabo, mother of one, consented to dissolution of the the union, saying that she was no longer in love and that Pastor Taiwo is only keeping her as a sex tool.

On his part, Pastor Taiwo, 53, begged the court to dissolve the 7-year-old marriage, citing Iyabo’s constant embarrassment and defamation. He said she always came to his church to embarrass, defame his character in the presence of his members.

He added: “She will come to my church, lock me up in the presence of my members, calling me all sorts of names like thief, woman wrapper, cultist and other names. There was one day she came and naked herself in the presence of my congregation claiming that I abandoned her for two years.”

He pleaded with the court to dissolve the union, saying that that he is tired of his wife’s bad character.

The Presiding Officer, R.I. Adeyeri, adjourned the case to February 3 for judgement.

Popular Pastor Kills Himself Bcos He Felt God Is Not Answering

Tragedy has struck Bible Mount Zion Baptist Church in Georgia where the senior pastor, Rev Teddy Parker, a man who preaches against suicide, took his own life in his room while his wife and other members of the church were waiting for him at the church auditorium.

Before he killed himself, his members say Pastor Parker had complained about his disconnection with God in an unusual way that was troubling him...
"I try to pray but I don’t feel like God is hearing me,” Pastor Parker had told his congregation. “I try to serve but I don’t feel like God is using me. And there are times in your life when God purposely withdraws from you, he doesn’t withdraw for the sake of leaving you but he withdraws so you can grow and mature.”
According to investigation, Pastor Parker went into his room at the end of First Service on Sunday where he is said to have shot himself in the head with his own gun, unknown to his family and others in church. After they waited for long, some senior members of the church went to look for him but met his lifeless body.
“I’m very surprised because he didn’t preach that. He preached totally against it. It’s something that the congregation don’t really understand,” a church member, Russell Rowland, told the Post.
What could have pushed a pastor to take his own life? This world is really a mystery!

Pastor Fireman Is Innocent, My Son Lied Against Him ––Mother

I don't know if we should believe this woman's story since the Police say they arrested Pastor Fireman after he tried to escape arrest for over five days. Read the latest twist to the story below...

The allegation of involvement in ritual murder of a young girl levelled against Ofuche Ukoha a.k.a Pastor Sign Fireman has been debunked by none other than the alkiller’s mother.
Ikechukwu’s mother, Esa Egbo, is however said to have stated that her son’s words should be taken with a pinch of salt as he is possessed of an evil spirit and has never even met the pastor in question.
Mrs. Egbo, who disclosed this to journalists on Thursday is also said to have added that her son is a habitual criminal as he had been arrested four times by the police in Badagry for attempting to rape young girls between the ages of 10 and 15.
She said two years ago a neighbour laid a curse on her son and after then he started acting strangely, thereby attempting to rape little children whenever he sees them.
Ikechukwu Friday was arrested after being accused of strangling the 12-year-old girl for ritual purposes and he is said to have confessed that Pastor Fireman is the mastermind of his crime.

But his mother, Mrs Egbo said she and her family are members of Pastor Fireman's church, known as Perfect Christianity Mission in Surulere area of Lagos, adding that her son does not know or have any access to the cleric, whom he claimed sent him to kill the girl.

According to her, “He started two years ago to molest girls in attempt to rape them. It is not an ordinary thing. Whenever he goes out during the day and sees a little girl he would grip and attempt to rape her and the girl would scream alerting people around, who would arrest and beat him up before handing him over to the police at Badagry Police Station.

“While these things were happening, I told our branch pastor at Badagry about it but I didn’t tell our GO.

“On this particular case, he told me that he was going to work at a place where a building was demolished by government opposite the French Village in Badagry. They are actually constructing a factory at that place and he used to help them carry bags of cement for which they paid him some stipends at the end of the day.

“He failed to return home that day and I and his father went out to look for him at his place of work and people around told us that they didn’t see him. The next day we didn’t see him, so by Wednesday, we decided to go to the police station at Badagry.

“A police woman we met told us that we should go to the SCID to look for him. I asked her what was his offence and she refused to tell me, rather she said when I got to the SCID that I would know what was my son’s offence.

“The next day I and my husband went to the SCID and when I saw my son he told me that there was a woman who sells food close to where he used to work and the woman had a daughter.

“He said on that day he was eating at the woman’s shop when he saw the girl passing and all of a sudden something came over him and he stood up and followed the girl and gripped her so tight and the girl screamed and died after which he regained consciousness.

“My son didn’t accuse the GO. I don’t have the GO’s phone number and that of my son. My son didn’t beg the GO for money and even our branch pastor he has never gone to beg for money. Ikechukwu was the most gentle of all my children but this demon destroyed his life.”

Pastor Fireman reacts
I hear Pastor Fireman has also denied knowing the young boy who claimed he had been promised N100,000 by the preacher to do the deed.

In his words: “I don’t know that boy and if anybody should know him or his family as members of our church, it’s the Badagry branch pastor. I am the GO of my church. You can imagine how possible it would be for an 18-year-old boy from a distant branch to have easy access to me talk alone contracting him to kill someone on my behalf.”

Hope this case will get to a logical conclusion and if true, the boy should be delivered before he kills more.
