WOSEM founder, Obadare for burial August 17

No fewer than six state governors, traditional rulers and sympathisers from abroad have indicated their willingness to attend the burial of late founder of World Soul-winning Evangelical Ministry, WOSEM, Apostle Timothy Obadare, fixed for August 17.
Apostle Obadare died on March 21.
The late evangelist’s first son and General Overseer of WOSEM in America and Europe, Pastor Paul Obadare, said the committees set up will accord him a befitting burial in a mausoleum under construction at the WOSEM Conference Ground, along Ilesha-Ife Expressway.
He said: “The coffin to be used for the burial of our father is the type used for the burial of late Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.”
Obadare confirmed that Governor Rauf Aregbeshola of Osun State had agreed to accord the late evangelist a state burial and had commenced construction work on Boloyunduro Road, the access way to late Obadare’s house in Ilesha.
Activities would spread across several towns, including Ilesha, Akure, Ibadan and Lagos and will begin at the National Stadium, Surulere, with a lying-in-state on August 9.
Pastor Obadare appealed to all spiritual and biological children to assist the immediate family to have a befitting burial for the man, who devoted his entire life to soul winning.
He assured that adequate arrangements have been put in place for security of lives and property of guests at the different locations.
He also pledged that the demise of his father will not stall the reunification of CAC.
