Trinity House Summons Abuja Christians For Nigeria

 Trinity House, a church that is based in Lagos and owned by Pastor Ituah ighodalo, last Saturday, summoned Christians in Abuja to pray for Nigeria and its leadership.
The well-attended worship service tagged “In His Presence’’, was held at the Musa Yar’dua Centre, Abuja.

It was, indeed, an evening of praise, worship and prayers for the country in God’s holy presence, where there is fullness of joy.

At the service, several worship songs were rendered with a great number of Christian faithful in joyous mood, to sing and pray for Nigeria-their Jerusalem.
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, the convener of the one-day service, while speaking later during the service said the Trinity Worship had come to stay. He further added that the first edition was staged in Abuja because of the strategic importance of Abuja as the Seat of Power. He also informed that the Worship Service would be taken to all the states in Nigeria subsequently.

The servant of God who said the worship service would be taken to all the states in Nigeria, equally promised to stage the service once again in Abuja in October, 2013.

Ighodalo, who spoke briefly on the benefits of worship, listed the benefits of worshipping God to include-to truly worship God, as according to him, God said we are not worshipping Him enough; to bring down God’s presence as well as to build our relationship with God.

On what happens when we worship God, the handsome preacher highlighted the following: it sets the captives free, the earth will yield its increase; for God turn situation around.
The preacher who urged Nigerians to be a people of peace so that God can bring His plans for the Church into fulfilment, also prayed for the nation’s leadership, transformation ,healing, restoration, blessing and breakthrough.

Prominent Nigerians in attendance included former Minister of Education and former World Bank Vice-President for Africa Region, Oby Ezekwesili, Director-General, Nigerian Stock Exchange, Ms. Arunma Oteh and former Director-General, Bureau for public Enterprises(BPE),Bolanle Onagoruwa
